An open social evening. We do not sort people by job title or industry.
This event is for ages 20-35. We may ask to see ID at the door.
- Getting badly drunk, violence, abuse, threats, intimidation, or anything else that frightens or hurts other guests, our staff or the venue's staff.
- Disrupting our work or the venue's, damaging the venue or its equipment, or ignoring instructions from our staff or the venue's staff.
- Asking again for contact details after being turned down, following someone, touching without consent, sexual remarks, or anything else that makes another guest uncomfortable.
- Recruiting for religions, political groups, MLM, investment schemes or side businesses; selling to other guests, sending them elsewhere or headhunting them; or steering guests to outside events, communities or services we are not part of.
- Applying with information that is not accurate, pretending to be someone else, or, if we have turned you away, trying to come under another name or as someone else's guest.
If any of the above happens, you will be asked to leave on the spot and the fee will not be refunded. We will turn down any future attendance, including under another name or as someone else's guest. Violence, threats and the like are reported to the police, and we share the facts and your details with the venue. For heavy drunkenness, violence, threats, intimidation, disrupting the night, damage, following people or sexual behaviour, soliciting or selling, misusing other guests' information, or coming back after being turned down, you agree to pay a penalty of ¥50,000 per breach under Article 5 of our Terms. Where the actual loss (compensation to the venue, refunds to other guests, the cost of replacing them and so on) is larger, we will claim the difference.
[Changes after signing up]
Your confirmation email includes a personal link to a change page. You can change your party size or date there until 23:59 the day before. If you are unexpectedly unable to come on the day, please tell us before the start by replying to your confirmation email. Repeated no-shows without notice may mean we decline future sign-ups. Depending on numbers we may ask you to move to a nearby date (we will let you know at least 3 days before).
We may photograph the venue and post the images on our website and social media. If you would rather not appear, tell the organiser on the night and we will not publish anything in which you are identifiable.
Any trouble between guests is settled between the people involved. We are not liable except where we have acted with intent or gross negligence.
