Procrastination, Task Paralysis, and Systems that (don't) work.

Do you ever know exactly what you need to do and how to do it, yet you can't even start? There's thousands of apps and methods that promise to be the weapon of productivity, but they always lack the personalisation needed to be maintainable by the people that need it the most.
This survey is part of a study for a project that seeks to solve this issue and understand how different people experience this — from people whose procrastination affects their daily lives, to those that have a formal diagnosis (e.g. ADHD, autism, anxiety, etc.) — and which systems do and don't help in daily life, not just a list of the popular ones.
Do I need to be diagnosed? No! As long as the example above feels familiar (whether it's you or someone you love), you professionally work with people who struggle with executive dysfunction, or you have used many productivity systems and would like to share what you've learned about them, I would love to have some of your knowledge and opinions on these topics.

What is this information being collected for?

1. Helping others understand what they're living and showcasing different tools that could help them regulate themselves through educational and informative content on social media (@bespokeware).
2. Develop an app made with us in mind, that can support your whole workflow and be personalized to fit your existing routine.

What to expect from this survey?

You get to decide in how much detail you want to answer, you can take your time! The estimated time to answer is 15 minutes, but may vary depending on your profile.
It has 4+ parts:
1. Profiling and Consent
2. General questions about systems you use
3. Specific questions about your experience (will vary depending on your profile*)
4. Closing questions
* Every answer moves us a step closer to building the actual ultimate productivity system, but you are not required to answer anything that you don't want. After consent, no questions are required to submit the survey.
