Compassion Hub Discovery Questionnaire

Exploring self-directed compassion, emotional regulation, and what helps people remain able to engage when pressure, overwhelm, or emotional load are present.

Thank you for taking part in this early exploration.

Compassion Hub is exploring whether self-directed compassion may help people remain more connected to themselves when overwhelmed, pressured, uncertain, distressed, or when facing emotional load.

This work is currently at an early investigation stage through the Clinical Entrepreneur Programme.

The purpose of this questionnaire is not to persuade you of any particular viewpoint. Rather, it is to understand better what helps people remain able to engage with themselves, others, support systems, and everyday life when pressure, overwhelm, or emotional load are present.

We are interested in people's experiences, perspectives, questions, and concerns, including differing viewpoints and areas of uncertainty.

Your responses will help shape the future exploration of what helps people remain able to engage with themselves, others, support systems, and everyday life when pressure, overwhelm, or emotional load are present.

And as this work is still at an early stage, your responses will help inform future exploration, questions, and areas for development.
