FAITH DOMAIN

Rarely — I don't currently have an intentional rhythm with God.

Occasionally — I meet with God when I feel the need or find the time.

Developing — I intentionally meet with God a few times most weeks.

Consistent — I intentionally meet with God most days.

Established — Meeting with God is a protected daily rhythm in my life.

Surface Level — I often rush through it, go through the motions, or struggle to meaningfully engage.

Inconsistent — There are meaningful moments, but distraction or routine often keeps me on the surface.

Growing — I'm learning to slow down, be honest, listen, pray, and engage Scripture more deeply.

Meaningful — My time with God regularly includes honest prayer, Scripture, listening, reflection, and response.

Deep Communion — I consistently come before God openly and expectantly, allowing that time to expose, challenge, strengthen, and direct me.

Myself — I tend to carry it, fix it, escape it, or push through on my own.

Everything Else First — I usually turn to work, distraction, people, entertainment, or other outlets before God.

Eventually God — I usually come to God, but often after I've exhausted myself or other options.

Usually God — Prayer and seeking God have become one of my first responses.

God First — My instinct is increasingly to bring the real situation to God first and move from His presence.

Unclear — I struggle to articulate who I am beyond my roles, responsibilities, successes, or failures.

Searching — I believe God has purpose for me, but I'm still trying to understand what that means personally.

Emerging — I have growing clarity about my identity, values, gifts, and the man God is calling me to become.

Clear — I know who I am in Christ and have strong clarity about the man I'm called to be.

Anchored — My God-given identity is deeply rooted and consistently shapes how I think, choose, work, lead, and live.

Lost — I don't have meaningful clarity about where I'm going or what God is asking of me.

Searching — I sense there is more, but I'm uncertain about the direction.

Emerging — I have some clarity, but competing priorities or uncertainty still cloud the path.

Clear — I have a strong sense of what God is asking me to prioritize and pursue right now.

Aligned — I am actively seeking God's direction and organizing my priorities, time, and decisions around what I believe He's assigned me.

I Avoid It — Fear, comfort, distraction, or resistance usually keeps me from acting.

I Delay It — I often know what I need to do but negotiate, procrastinate, or wait.

I Eventually Act — I usually move, but often only after significant hesitation.

I Respond with Action — I consistently take action when conviction becomes clear.

I Move with Obedience — Acting on conviction, even when uncomfortable or costly, has become an established pattern in my life.

FITNESS DOMAIN

Rarely — Intentional movement or exercise is mostly absent from my life.

Occasionally — I exercise or move when I can, but there is no consistent rhythm.

Developing — I'm intentionally moving or training a few times most weeks, but consistency still comes and goes.

Consistent — I intentionally move or train my body most days of the week.

Established — Physical training and movement are protected rhythms that I consistently maintain.

Limiting Me — My physical condition regularly holds back my energy, strength, mobility, or ability to participate fully in life.

Costing Me — I function, but I know my current physical condition is taking away from how I show up.

Capable — I can handle normal life demands, but there is meaningful room to improve my strength, energy, or endurance.

Strong — My body generally gives me the strength, energy, mobility, and endurance I need to show up well.

Expanding Me — My physical condition increases my capacity to work, serve, lead, play, and carry what God has entrusted to me.

Neglected — Caring for my body receives little intentional attention.

Reactive — I tend to take action when appearance, frustration, fear, pain, or shame finally gets my attention.

Changing — I'm beginning to see physical health as something I'm responsible to intentionally steward.

Stewarded — I consistently care for my body because I recognize it as something God entrusted to me.

Consecrated — Caring for my body has become an expression of gratitude, discipline, and obedience—not vanity or self-worship.

Reactive — I mostly eat and drink based on convenience, craving, impulse, or whatever is available.

Inconsistent — I make some good choices, but poor habits still dominate too often.

Developing — I'm becoming more intentional about what I eat and drink, but consistency comes and goes.

Consistent — Most of my food and hydration choices intentionally support my health, energy, and goals.

Established — Nutrition and hydration are disciplined rhythms that consistently fuel the way I want to live.

Neglected — I regularly sacrifice sleep and recovery and feel the consequences.

Inconsistent — I know I need more recovery, but it regularly loses to work, entertainment, stress, or other priorities.

Developing — I'm becoming more intentional, but my sleep and recovery rhythms are still inconsistent.

Consistent — I generally protect enough sleep and recovery to show up with good energy and capacity.

Established — I intentionally steward recovery because I understand that rest strengthens my ability to carry my responsibilities.
