Departmental Liaison — Handle high-level relationships. Pitch the platform to faculty presidents, student union leaders, and university admin.

Legal & Compliance — Ensure our e-voting, SP wallets, and data storage align with university regulations and NDPR.

Executive Assistant — Keep the core team moving. Manage meeting agendas, follow up on sprint tasks, and organize startup documentation.

How would you describe your current experience level?

Communication is critical. I agree to always drop a reaction or quick reply when tagged directly or via @all to confirm receipt.

Life/Work Balance: If a personal matter impacts my availability or deadlines, I commit to communicating this as early as possible.

I agree to attend the mandatory core team weekly sync every Sunday at 9 PM.

I acknowledge that missing three consecutive meetings without prior notice, or prolonged unexplained inactivity, will result in my immediate removal from the team.
