Thank you for joining our community for the 2026-2027 academic year. This form helps us get to know our members, understand your goals, and plan events, workshops, and opportunities that are most valuable to you.

Some questions ask about your interests, career goals, and previous experiences with C/COCA. We’ll also ask a few optional demographic questions so we can better understand the communities we serve and report our collective impact in annual reports, grant applications, and on our website. Individual responses will remain confidential and will only be shared in aggregate unless you explicitly give permission otherwise.

Whether you’re here to build your portfolio, develop new skills, meet other students, or contribute to meaningful projects for nonprofits, we’re excited to have you as part of C/COCA.
