Pickup may be available for qualifying book donations based on location, quantity, condition, scheduling, transportation, storage capacity, and current program needs.

This request form is for books being donated without payment. If you are requesting cash or store credit, please use the separate Second Story intake form.

I understand that Stories for Everyone may leave behind books that are unsafe, contaminated, outside current acceptance standards, materially different from the submitted description, or unable to be transported or stored.

I understand that I am donating these books voluntarily and will not receive cash, store credit, trade value, or another form of payment.

I understand that submitting this form does not guarantee pickup, scheduling, or acceptance.

I understand that photos are used for planning and that final acceptance will be determined when the books are inspected.

I understand that books must be packed and placed in the approved pickup location. Representatives are not required to enter my home, pack books, move furniture, or carry books from basements or upper floors.

I understand that Kind Impact LLC is not a tax-exempt charitable organization and that this donation is not a tax-deductible charitable contribution through Kind Impact LLC.
