LƯU Ý QUAN TRỌNG CHO VENDORS (Important Notes for Vendors - English below)1. Phân loại gian hàng & thanh toán
Vui lòng đọc kỹ phân loại gian hàng trước khi đăng ký. BTC ưu tiên các đơn vị đăng ký và hoàn tất thanh toán sớm.
Sau khi xác nhận, hoàn tất thanh toán trong vòng 24h.
2. Phí cọc gian hàng
300.000đ/gian hàng, đảm bảo tuân thủ giờ mở cửa và giữ gìn vệ sinh chung (bỏ rác đúng nơi quy định và dọn dẹp gian hàng sau chợ)
Phí cọc sẽ được hoàn lại trong 3–5 ngày nếu gian hàng không vi phạm.
3. Sản phẩm
Bán đúng sản phẩm đã đăng ký. Nếu share gian hàng, thông báo trước với BTC.
4.An ninh & bảo hiểm
BTC không chịu trách nhiệm với đồ vật giá trị. Vendor tự bảo quản tài sản quý.
5. Phí gửi xe cá nhân của Vendors
• Phí gửi xe do vendor tự thanh toán (gửi xe tại hầm xe của tòa nhà)
• BTC không hỗ trợ phí gửi xe phát sinh trong suốt thời gian sự kiện
6. Phí tham gia KHÔNG HOÀN HỦY
Áp dụng trong mọi trường hợp, kể cả lý do cá nhân hoặc sự cố bất ngờ.
📌 IMPORTANT NOTES FOR VENDORS
1. Booth category & payment
Please review your booth category before registering. Early registration and payment will be prioritized.
Complete payment within 24 hours after confirmation.
2. Booth deposit
300,000 VND per booth to ensure compliance and cleanliness (Please dispose of waste properly and clean up your booth after the event)
Refund within 3–5 days if no regulations are violated.
3. Products
Sell only registered products. Notify the organizer if sharing the booth with other vendors.
4. Security & liability
The organizer is not responsible for valuable items. Vendors should secure their own belongings.
5. Vendor parking fee
• Parking fees are to be paid by vendors (parking is available in the building basement).
• The organizer does not cover any parking fees incurred during the event.
6. Participation fee non-refundable
This policy applies to all cases, including personal reasons or unforeseen circumstances
