We are looking for a Head of Chocolate Production to oversee our operations in Flores, Indonesia. This is a full-time, on-site role with a target start date of January 2027 (potential for December 2026).
You will own end-to-end chocolate production, including goods receipt, storage, roasting, refining, milling, tempering, moulding, and packaging. You will lead the production team, manage shift planning, train staff, document SOPs, and ensure quality control. You will also lead the development of new chocolate products and improve existing ones through structured trials, sensory evaluation, and the establishment of repeatable production standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in scaling our facility layout and improving production processes as we grow.
Minimum five years of professional chocolate-production experience. Leadership, reliability, and willingness to relocate to Flores are essential. English proficiency is an advantage but not a requirement.
