My body is asking for attention — symptoms, sleep, energy, hormones, digestion, pain or generally feeling out of balance.

I keep finding myself in patterns I understand intellectually, but can’t seem to change.

It’s both. My physical and emotional state seem completely intertwined.

Nothing is dramatically “wrong” — I just don’t quite feel like myself.

I overthink, analyse or try to understand my way out of it.
