About the opportunity
Our client seeks a fluent German-and-English customer service professional to assist individual customers and business clients in a remote support and sales environment. Responsibilities include enquiries, orders, deliveries, billing, refunds, B2B support, escalations and accurate customer records. A reliable fixed internet connection, backup power and appropriate home-working equipment are essential.
