PAYMENT & BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Payment policy

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your stand reservation. The remaining balance is due by 9 September 2026 — one month before the Expo. Stands are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of deposit. All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Cancellations received after 31 July 2026 are non-refundable.
