I understand that I am responsible for purchasing my own airfare

I have parental/guardian consent to participate

I am in good health and able to travel internationally

I am fully committed to participating if selected

I agree to allow photos, videos, and recordings taken during the program to be used for promotional and educational purposes by the organize

I agree to the use of my name, likeness, and voice in marketing materials, social media, and reports

I understand that I may be asked to participate in a post-program presentation or report session

I agree to cooperate with reasonable promotional activities after the program

I give permission for my child’s image, name, and participation to be used as described above
