I understand that cat grooming can be stressful. I release the groomer from liability for any pre-existing conditions, accidents, or illnesses that may occur during or after the grooming session. In the event of an emergency, I authorize the groomer to seek veterinary care at my expense.
De-matting Policy: I acknowledge that severe matting can cause skin irritation or hematomas during removal as well due to cats skin sensitivity may have cuts and abrasions depending on how tight the matting is. I agree that the groomer is not liable for these unavoidable complications.
Muzzling Policy: In the interest of safety, I authorize the groomer to use a muzzle or other restraining device if my cat shows signs of aggression or extreme stress during the session.
Refusal of Service: I understand that the groomer reserves the right to halt the grooming process at any time if my cat displays excessive aggression or stress that poses a safety risk, and that standard fees may still apply.
Photographs: I grant permission for the groomer to take and use photographs of my cat for social media, marketing, and portfolio purposes.
Cancellation Policy: I agree to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Satisfaction: I understand that grooming results may vary based on my cat's temperament and coat condition. I agree to discuss any concerns regarding the service directly with the groomer.
