Thank you for your interest in the Reservations & Experience Concierge role at The Mountain Top Lodge. This is a remote, 36-hour-per-week position responsible for reservations, guest communication, experience planning, and returning-guest relationships.
You'll serve as a primary voice of The Mountain Top Lodge across phone, text, and email — answering inbound inquiries, converting prospective guests into reservations, coordinating upcoming stays, and proactively reaching out to previous guests with relevant reasons to return.
This is both a hospitality and sales position. We're looking for someone who communicates beautifully, listens closely, follows through consistently, and is equally comfortable making the call as answering it.
Three things to know before you apply:
– This is a remote position with a consistent Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM Eastern schedule. The position is 36 hours per week at $20/hour + performance bonus tied to guest experience and revenue KPIs.
– Proactive outbound calling is a core responsibility of this position. In addition to inbound calls, texts, and email, you'll regularly contact new reservations, upcoming guests, recent guests, and previous guests for experience planning, follow-up, and rebooking opportunities.
