1. Volunteer Commitment:

I understand that this is an unpaid volunteer position. I am offering my time and service willingly to support Taste of the Philippines 2025.

2. Selection Process:

I acknowledge that submission does not guarantee the specific volunteer role I would prefer. Due to limited spots, the organizing team reserves the right to shortlist applicants based on event needs, availability, and role fit.

3. Professional Conduct:

I agree to conduct myself in a respectful, responsible, and cooperative manner while representing the event, its team, and the wider community.

4. Attendance & Communication:

I will attend scheduled shifts, meetings, or orientation (if applicable). If I am unable to attend or need to withdraw, I will inform the volunteer coordinator as early as possible.

5. Safety & Responsibility:

I will follow all event guidelines and safety protocols and prioritize the well-being of myself and others during the event.

6. Media Consent:

I consent to being photographed or filmed during the event, with the understanding that these images may be used for promotional purposes by the organizers.

7. Confidentiality:

I will respect any private or sensitive information shared with me as a volunteer and will not disclose it without permission.

8. Liability:

I understand that the organizers will take reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment, but I participate at my own risk and will not hold the organizers liable for any unforeseen incidents.
