Role Description

The Head of Affiliates will lead the global affiliate and IB (Introducing Broker) program for a Forex / financial trading / prop firm. This role is responsible for driving client acquisition through affiliates, scaling IB networks, and maximizing lifetime value (LTV) while maintaining compliance in regulated and high-risk markets.
Key Responsibilities

Affiliate & IB Strategy
• Build and execute a global affiliate & IB acquisition strategy across Forex, CFDs, and prop trading products
• Develop scalable CPA, RevShare, and hybrid deal structures
• Identify and penetrate high-value GEOs (LATAM, MENA, APAC, EU)
• Own full funnel performance: from lead generation to funded traders / active clients

Partner Acquisition & Growth
• Recruit and onboard high-performing affiliates, media buyers, and IBs
• Build long-term relationships with top-tier partners and trading communities
• Expand presence on key platforms (Telegram, YouTube, trading forums, influencer networks)
• Activate dormant affiliates and increase partner productivity

Revenue & Performance Optimization
• Optimize conversion rates across landing pages, funnels, and onboarding flows
• Monitor key metrics: CPA, CPL, FTDs (First Time Deposits), LTV, ROI
• Analyze trader behavior (retention, trading volume, churn) to improve affiliate quality
• Work closely with dealing / risk teams to ensure sustainable acquisition

Team Leadership
• Build and manage a global affiliate/IB team
• Set KPIs, commission structures, and incentive models
• Develop internal processes for scaling efficiently
Requirements

• 5+ years experience in affiliate marketing within Forex / CFD brokers / Prop trading firms
• Strong existing network of: Affiliates, IBs (Introducing Brokers), Trading influencers / educators
• Deep understanding of Trader funnels (lead → FTD → retention) and Revenue models (spread, commission, swaps)
• Proven track record scaling acquisition in regulated or grey markets
• Experience managing large affiliate budgets and P&L
