The Role

We are looking for a Creative Marketing & Content Creation Intern to join Archy for an initial six-month internship.

You will work closely with our Marketing Lead, Gabriela, gaining visibility into how strategic, creative, and commercial decisions are made within a growing company.

This role offers exposure to a broad range of activities including brand development, content creation, product launches, digital marketing, and product development.

The position is ideal for students who enjoy combining creativity with execution and who want hands-on experience helping build a modern consumer brand.

What You Will Do

Create content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other digital channelsAssist with product photography and creative content shootsEdit photos and videos for social media, advertising campaigns, and website contentHelp develop and execute content calendars and creative campaignsResearch trends, competitors, and content opportunitiesSupport the growth and development of the Archy Print brandContribute ideas for marketing initiatives and creative projectsAssist with digital advertising initiatives as the company growsCollaborate closely with the founder and Marketing Lead on a variety of marketing and branding activities.

Nice-to-Have Skills

The following are not required but would be considered a strong advantage:

Interest in interior design, home decor, architecture, or product designExperience with Adobe PhotoshopExperience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci ResolveBasic photography or content creation experienceFamiliarity with Fusion 360 or other 3D design softwareInterest in product development and industrial design.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programStrong written and spoken EnglishInterest in marketing, branding, content creation, design, or digital mediaCreative mindset with strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and take initiativeStrong organizational and communication skillsComfortable working in a flexible and dynamic environment

Preferred

Previous experience managing personal, academic, or professional social media projectsPortfolio of creative work, photography, video content, design projects, or other relevant examplesInterest in entrepreneurship, startups, and brand building

Internship Details

Duration: Initial 6-month internshipCommitment: Approximately 20 hours per weekLocation: Remote-first, with occasional in-person meetings and content shoots in AmsterdamLanguage: EnglishStart Date: FlexibleThis is an unpaid internship intended for students currently enrolled in a university or HBO program.
