We are hiring one Founder's Office cum Analyst who will work across Upsurge India and our in-house venture studio. One role, one manager, one employer.
Location: In person, Mumbai.
Pay: ₹7 to 10 lakh per annum, fixed, depending on experience.
Work: Equity research on listed and private Indian companies, models, investment notes, and support on live deals. You will also help build the ventures of the studio. You will get outcomes, not steps, and tasks will often be unstructured.
We look for: High ownership and agency, calm in chaos, independent thinking that still respects seniority, the habit of looking at a company from several angles (product, scaling, IP, economics), and working knowledge of public and private markets (corporate actions, order types, CCPS, OCRPS, NCD).
Joining: Immediately to within 2 weeks. We can stretch to 1 month only for exceptional candidates.
Tenure: We are hiring for the long term, over multiple years, not a short stint.
