How do you actually shop? A 4-minute research survey

PARTICIPANT INFORMATION - please read before you begin.
What this is: a customer research survey run by GreenBack, a student startup, to understand how people make everyday shopping decisions. It takes about 4 minutes.
Who is doing it: Yuval Fefer, Michael O'Connell and Muhammad Raiyan, undergraduate students at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Who can take part: you must be 18 years of age or older.
What you will do: answer about 19 multiple choice questions about your shopping habits, your views on sustainable products, and what rewards would matter to you.
Risks: we do not expect any risk beyond those of everyday life. You may skip any question you do not want to answer.
Benefits: there is no direct benefit to you personally.
Confidentiality: we do not ask for your name, your address, or any bank or financial account details. If you choose to give us your email address at the end, your responses are confidential rather than anonymous, because your email could be linked to your answers. This survey is hosted by Tally, a third party platform, and no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Compensation: you are not paid for the survey itself. Separately, if you volunteer for a follow up interview and we contact you, you will receive a $10 gift card after that interview is completed.
Follow up contact: if you give us your email you may be contacted one time about a 15 minute interview. You can decline, and we will not contact you about it more than once.
Voluntary participation: taking part is entirely voluntary. You may stop at any time by closing this page, and you may skip any question. There is no penalty.
Questions: contact yf231@mynsu.nova.edu.
By continuing you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you agree to take part.
