Marketing Associate (Social Media) - Clannit

Ikeja, Lagos Hybrid (2 days/week in office) Full-time (Contract)

Clannit empowers safer and smarter communities where people can connect, collaborate, and exchange value with trust. We’re growing fast and looking for an execution-focused Marketing Associate to help expand awareness and engagement across our key platforms.

This role will own day-to-day social media execution for Clannit, driving awareness and trust across our products and audiences.

Responsibilities

1. Plan monthly content with the Marketing Specialist, Designer, and Business Leads

2. Create and manage content calendars aligned with campaigns and launches

3. Publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms

4. Write briefs for design and video assets

5. Manage comments, messages, and community engagement

6. Track performance and produce simple monthly reports

7. Identify trends and content opportunities relevant to Clannit audiences

Success Metrics (What success looks like)

1. Consistent post across platforms

2. Growth in followers and reach across priority platforms

3. Improved engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, saves)

4. Website or product traffic driven from social media

5. Clear monthly performance reporting

Requirements

1. 1–3 years’ experience managing brand social media accounts

2. Strong writing and communication skills

3. Basic understanding of social media performance metrics

4. Organized and reliable with deadlines

5. Interest in tech, startups, or B2B/B2C marketing

Nice to Have

1. Short-form video or content creation skills

2. Familiarity with Canva or similar tools
