We're exploring what a permanent YAAD space could look like and, most importantly, how it could best support the our community that we've built over summer.

Your responses will help shape YAAD's future plans and ensure any permanent space is genuinely designed around the needs of its members and wider community.

YAAD is building a members' club for the culture and the curious. We're currently actively looking for our first home which will house our:

○ Makerspace - recording studio, photography studio, fashion design studio and all the tech included. No credits system, no extra booking fee.

○ High spec co-working space

○ Lounge - a third space for socialising and chilling with your friends, which my pressure to spend money

○ Fitness studio - or if the space permits, a larger gym

○ Free venue hire programme for individuals and new businesses to showcase your work/creative practice

○ Incubation hub for micro-businesses - nail tech, braider, chiropractor, barber, tattoo artist - all accessible to members for discounted rates

○ Cultural programme - from DJ workshops, upcycling and repair labs, photography workshops to film club, album listening sessions, and live music nights. All included in your membership.
