Payment is due in full on return of the application. Payment can be made by BACS or Cheque. Please let us know if you require an invoice to pay directly to the GLAS account (BACS). 

If you require additional tickets (i.e. if you have more than two people on your stall) they are priced at £10 in advance of Show Day. Children’s tickets for aged 4 to 15 are £5.

Access to the Showfield for setting up stalls is available on the afternoon of Friday and from 7.30am on Show Day. All stalls must be set up by 9am on Show Day and vehicles removed to the appropriate car park. Please indicate approximately the time you will expect to arrive.

All exhibitors will be responsible for their own area and are required to produce a copy of their Public Liability Insurance and risk assessment before the event, please make sure you have sent it through, we will be contacting you direct to request a copy if you haven’t sent it through.  If you do not provide this information, you may not be permitted to the event. 

You are responsible for removing your own rubbish at the end of the day.  During the event and when you leave the site, please make sure your area is left clean and tidy.  All trade waste must be taken offsite by the business.  Failure to do so may result in refusal of future applications.
