Our format for our annual plant sale has changed to a preorder format so we can better utilize the time and efforts of our members and our volunteers. There will be an upper limit to the number of each variety being grown and once that has been reached that variety will be marked as sold out.

Burgess Mammoth Wonder - $4
BEEFSTEAK. Red, slightly flattened, dense fruits are produced on large vines. Resistant to cracking and transport damage. Flavour is sweet and balanced; excellent for sandwiches and other culinary uses. 6-14 oz. Late season. STAKING
PASTE. Meaty red plum tomato with low moisture, well suited for sauce, 3–5 oz fruit. An excellent paste tomato. STAKING
PASTE. Large, elongated, red San Marzano-type tomato with rich flavor, 4–6 oz fruit. STAKING
PASTE. Yellow, elongated paste tomato with mild flavor and low seed content, ~4 oz fruit. Also good in salads. Plants can get quite large, although a bush type. BUSH

SALAD. relatively compact dwarf rugose-leaf plants produce a heavy yield of small to medium sized (2-4 ounce) round chocolate fruit with vertical green stripes. The firm deep crimson flesh is mild and sweet, and the productivity and fruit size and texture make this a great canning or grilling variety. STAKING
SALAD. Early compact plants with regular leaf foliage. Good yield of small round red fruits, 2-3 oz, very rich delicious flavor. Suitable for containers. BUSH
SALAD. Very early. Compact plants about 2' tall. 1-3 oz round slightly oblate red fruit, very juicy, good tomato flavor. Some fruit may crack in heavy rains. Suitable for containers. BUSH
Golden Berry (Cape Gooseberry) - $4
SWEET–TART. Small golden-orange fruit enclosed in a papery husk; flavour is bright and tangy, reminiscent of pineapple and citrus; eaten fresh, dried, or used in jams and desserts. Bushy plants can get up to 2 m tall.
HOT. Bright orange, tapered pepper with crisp flesh and fruity heat; used fresh, pickled, or dried. 5,000–30,000 SHU
HOT. Peppers change from green to yellow, orange, and then red at maturity. Usually harvested at the yellow stage, before they get really hot. Excellent for frying, stuffing, and pickling. 1,000–15,000 SHU

SWEET. Small, early-ripening orange pepper with mild, sweet flavor; productive and reliable in cooler climates. 0 SHU
SWEET. Large, red, horn-shaped Italian pepper with thick, sweet flesh; some have a bit of heat. Ideal for roasting, grilling, and frying. 0-500 SHU
