My duities may involve physical activity, including standing, lifting grocery bags, and working around others. I agree to follow all safety instructions and ask for help if needed.

I am volunteering freely and am not an employee and will not receive wages or benefits.

I will follow all volunteer guidelines, safety rules, and directions provided by pantry coordinators.

I understand there are inherent risks in volunteer activities (such as lifting, standing, and working around others), and I assume responsibility for my participation.

I release and waive claims against Neighbor to Neighbor Food Pantry, its partner organizations, coordinators, and volunteers for injuries or losses related to my volunteer service, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

I authorize basic first aid or emergency medical care if needed.

I understand I may have access to confidential information about clients and agree to keep all such information private.

I understand the pantry may use photos or videos taken during volunteer activities for outreach unless I notify coordinators otherwise.

I understand that volunteer service may be ended at any time if guidelines are not followed.
