The Kiosk Project Art Space Billboard Open Call

The Kiosk Project Art Space is now inviting submissions from artists to design our building's billboard in 2027.

The Kiosk Project Art Space is a multidisciplinary artist-run venue based in Drogheda. In collaboration with the Droichead Arts Centre and its partners, The Kiosk Project Art Space supports the work of artists, collectives and community groups, accommodating collaborative and experimental exhibitions, performances, projects, residencies and artistic interventions outside of a formal gallery environment.

Key Details

Eligibility Any original billboard design (including graphic design, drawing, illustration, typography, street art, QR codes etc.) which can be printed or produced on a large scale and facilitated on our billboard's dimensions - 170cm (W) X 130cm (H) - is eligible.

You can submit this design as a digital image for printing, or you can design the work directly on the billboard itself.

Applications are invited from individual artists, collectives and community groups.

You may be local, national or internationally based.

Duration

Your billboard will be featured for 3-4 months of the year at the front of our building, running concurrently with our artist-led programme.


Commitment

Your submission must fit the dimensions of the billboard 170cm (W) X 130cm (H) and be able to endure outdoor weather conditions.

Please note: The Kiosk Project Art Space will not accept any AI generated billboard art submissions.

Artist Fees

You will receive an artist fee of €150 for your billboard design.

Technical Support

The Kiosk Project Art Space team will assist with your billboard printing and installation.

Please note: The Kiosk Project Art Space can cover the costs of printing and installing billboard designs but this a limited budget.
