Phase 1 — Apply + Book
Fill out this form. Once submitted, you'll receive a link to complete payment and schedule your first session.
After payment, you'll immediately get access to the upload portal and the written questionnaire. We don't review any of it until after your first session. That's by design.
One instruction before anything else: don't rebuild your story for us. Bring the version you'd use this week. That's the point.
Phase 2 — The Cold Session
Call 1 — 90 minutes
You own the first 60 minutes. Two hard 30-minute blocks:
The Buyer Room — pitch us like we're the buyer. Use the time however you want. Hard stop at 30 minutes.
The Capital Room — pitch us like we're the investor. Same rules. Same hard stop.
We're not looking for polish. We're looking at what the market is actually hearing today.
The final 30 minutes: a few clarifying questions and logistics for what comes next. No feedback yet. That comes later.
Phase 3 — Upload Your Materials
Due within 48 hours after the cold session
Send us what you're actually using — decks, website, demo materials, outreach emails, and numbers. You'll also complete the written questionnaire covering buyer, proof, adoption, GTM, capital, and team.
You don't need polished materials. You don't need finished answers. You need honest ones.
Phase 4 — The Pressure-Test Call
Call 2 — 60 minutes, approximately 7–10 days after Call 1
Once we've reviewed everything, we come back with our questions. We press on what holds, what breaks, and what still needs proof.
This is not the feedback session. This is where we clarify before we diagnose.
Phase 5 — Report + Debrief
Call 3 — 60 minutes, approximately two weeks after Call 2
You receive a written report 24–48 hours before this session. Then we walk through it together — where you're strong, where you're exposed, and what to fix first.
