Thank you for your interest in booking a service with Kayli Nicole. At this time, Kayli Nicole is only accepting new clients who are ready for and committed to a color transformation experience and consistent color upkeep.

All submissions are reviewed before being invited to book a Color Code Session (consultation).

This form helps ensure that you are a good candidate for color and that we're aligned before moving forward.
Availability is determined by Kayli Nicole's appointment availabilty.

Note: Kayli Nicole specializes in natural hair color services and does not perform color services on hair that has been chemically altered with relaxers, perms, keratin treatments, smoothing treatments, Brazilian blow outs or any similar processes.

Include current photos of your natural hair within the last 1-4 weeks. ( Front, back, side, close-up of roots/scalp) Hair must be unsettled, down and free of extensions and photos must be in natural daylight, free of filters and/or warm lighting.

Color is a high-maintenance, luxury service that requires consistent care both at home and in-salon.
By moving forward, you acknowledge that maintaining your color will require:

-Following a consistent hair care routine using professional products recommended by Kayli Nicole
-Keeping your hair properly hydrated, strengthened, and protected between appointments
-Specific products are needed to ensure proper upkeep of hair after the initial color application
-Certain hairstyles (high tension hair styles and styles that do not allow for proper hydration and moisture) and certain products are not recommended once you receive a color service
-Returning for regular maintenance appointments (typically every 4-12 weeks depending on your color and desired results)

Consultation Process & Requirements

Based on your response, one of the following consultations will be required before you can book a color service. Please read and acknowledge the requirements below.
In-Person Color Code ($150)-Required if you:
$75 non-refundable deposit required at booking
-Are dealing with scalp issues, breakage, shedding, or thinning
-Currently have color in your hair or have chemical services in your hair history
-Have not seen a professional stylist in the last 12 weeks and/or do not have a consistent hair care regimen
What's included: shampoo, treatment, stretched blow dry, scalp assessment, and a strand test and or patch test f needed. Prep required: Please arrive with hair detangled, free of product build up. Do not shampoo, blow-dry, or style prior to arrival - this is part of the service.
Virtual Color Code ($50)-Required if you:
$50 non-refundable deposit required at booking
-Have healthy natural hair with no chemical or color history
-Have been consistent with professional hair care and/or a consistent hair care regimen
-Have no scalp or hair health concerns
What's included: 20-30 minute video call with Kayli Nicole via FaceTime or Google Meet to review your hair, discuss goals and confirm your color strategy. Prep required: Please shampoo and blow dry your hair prior to your virtual consultation. Hair must be product-free and stretched so Kayli Nicole can properly assess your hair and scalp on camera.
