1. Program Overview
Uncracked's affiliate program allows approved partners to earn commission by promoting OMEGA+, our algae-based liquid EPA supplement. The program is managed through direct communication with the company.
2. Who Can Apply
Content creators, wellness bloggers, nutritionists, dietitians, fitness coaches, and health-focused influencers
Must have an active public platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blog, newsletter, etc.)
Must align with Uncracked's values: whole-food nutrition, clean ingredients, health and wellness, food-forward approach to health
Uncracked reserves the right to approve or deny any applicant at its discretion
3. Commission Structure
Baseline commission: 5% on net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns)
Commissions are calculated on net order value after discounts and refunds are applied
No commission is earned on canceled or returned orders
4. Payment Terms
Commissions are paid monthly via Ach transfer or venmo
Payment is issued 5 days after the end of the commission period to allow for return windows
Affiliates are responsible for any taxes owed on commission income
5. Affiliate Discount Code
Each affiliate receives a unique discount code to share with their audience (e.g. NAME15 for 15% off)
Codes may not be posted to public coupon or deal sites
6. Approved Promotional Methods
Affiliates may promote OMEGA+ through:
- Organic social content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, posts, YouTube videos)
- Blog posts, newsletters, and email content
- Podcasts and digital media
- Paid social ads
only with prior written approval from Uncracked
7. Prohibited Practices
Affiliates may not:
- Bid on Uncracked brand keywords in paid search (Google Ads, etc.)
- Make false or exaggerated health claims about OMEGA+ — all claims must be aligned with Uncracked-approved messaging
- Use spam, unsolicited email, or misleading promotional tactics
- Misrepresent the product, pricing, or commission structure
- Create fake reviews or testimonials
- Operate coupon or cashback sites without prior written approval
8. Brand Guidelines
Affiliates must use Uncracked-approved copy, imagery, and claims
Do not alter the Uncracked or OMEGA+ logo
Product images and creative assets will be provided upon approval
Affiliates may not position OMEGA+ against competitors by name
9. Program Modifications & Termination
Uncracked reserves the right to modify commission rates, cookie windows, or program terms at any time with 3 notice
Uncracked may terminate an affiliate's participation immediately for violation of these terms
Upon termination, any pending commissions earned in good faith prior to termination will be honored per the standard payment schedule
10. Limitation of Liability
Uncracked is not responsible for affiliate earnings, traffic, or platform performance. Participation in the program does not constitute an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship
