The foundation course, and the recommended starting point for everything else. Covers self-awareness, regulating your own state, listening, and getting information out of people who aren't volunteering it. Not a prerequisite, but the later programs assume it.
For engineers moving into management, or already there and finding it harder than expected. Getting ideas adopted without authority, giving feedback, delegating, and making your own contribution visible.
For managers of teams. Feedback that changes behavior without damaging the relationship, the conversation you've been avoiding, delegation, running a useful 1:1, and people decisions — including managing engineers much younger than you.
For directors and executives running multiple teams. Emotional contagion at scale, breaking out of filtered reporting, what actually determines whether a talented team performs, and leading change that survives past the announcement. Delivered as a half day plus private follow-up.
For engineers, programmers or any other detail-oriented team that is looking to increase operational efficiency via alignment and seamless collaboration. Can be run with 1 or more teams in a group setting with or without managers. Technical and non-technical people learning each other's thinking and communication styles, resulting in disagreement without damage, trust, a re-imagined team-oriented perspective and a peer feedback format your team can run with on their own. In person is highly recommended.
Built specifically for Cyber Security and IT teams, drawing on my own years as a security engineer. Could 'Never Trust. Verify' be taught as 'Always Question. Ensure." instead? How to keep the 'Zero-Trust' mindset while removing the friction it causes, getting controls and budget approved, knowing when to let your judgement be known and learning not to jump to conclusions under incident conditions.
For Lean Six Sigma and process improvement teams. Lean counts seven wastes and then adds an eighth- unused human potential- which is the one nobody has a method for. Why initiatives fail at the human layer, root cause analysis when the root cause turns out to be a person, and getting adoption for a change people are quietly routing around.
For anyone who sells: enterprise and consultative reps, relationship-led sellers, founders doing their own sales, and technical people who'd rather not be doing it at all. It works for internal selling too - getting a proposal funded, a headcount approved, a decision made. A major focus is listening and information-gathering that most sales training skips entirely: making someone feel heard rather than handled, surfacing the objection they haven't voiced, and how simple labels can help you know both exactly what to say and how to say it. Extends up to two days with negotiation, networking and prospecting, and the self-management that makes the down weeks survivable.
For anyone at any level, and the only program on this list that isn't about other people. Alexander the Great died at 35; success is about managing your time, remaining mentality aligned to understand your personal goals/vision and then maximizing your focus to manifest it all. What brings you closer or farther from your desired vision of the future? Where your week actually goes once you measure it, protecting a block long enough to think in, the pros and cons of goals and consciously auditing what drains you against what restores you. Also, the small-talk structure for people who dread conferences. Frequently bought as a follow-on after a group program, when one person realizes the problem they came in with was their own.
For managers of early-career technical staff or a young professional that wants to connect with senior superiors, but is struggling to do so. Analyzing different understandings of authority, delivering necessary correction that lands as help as opposed to a personal attack, autonomy as a retention tool and building resilience deliberately rather than hoping for it. How an empathetic look at history and an open mind can facilitate cooperation and close cultural gaps among colleagues from different generations.
