If you need to cancel or reschedule a fitting or consultation, just let me know and we can reschedule. Bookings cancelled once dress has already started production are non refundable depending on how far along production is.
Any event date within 3–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece, will be treated as a rush order and may include a rush fee. I’ll always confirm this upfront.

A small deposit is required to secure your booking and cover initial preparation. This goes toward your final balance. Deposits are non‑refundable once your slot is confirmed.
