The Forge Student Application

Thank you for your interest in The Forge! Once you complete your application, you will be contacted with acceptance or denial via email. Upon acceptance, you will be placed in a practicum to begin the second week of school. The Forge Covenant

As a Church Leadership major and/or member of The Forge Team at Catalyst Bible College, I understand that I am entering into a leadership role within the student body and a ministry training process that is intended to refine, challenge, and prepare me for Spirit-led service in the Kingdom of God.
As a member of The Forge, I commit to the following:
• Serving a minimum of 96 verified Practicum hours per semester in my assigned
ministry area.
• Participating faithfully in weekly Mentorship Labs, supervisor check-ins, and ministry
responsibilities.
• Maintaining a 70% or higher average in all academic courses.
• Upholding all standards outlined in the Student Handbook, including lifestyle, dress,
and language.
• Demonstrating spiritual maturity, teachability, and a heart for servant leadership.
• Using only approved channels of communication (email, GroupMe, Planning Center)
and maintaining boundaries.
• Submitting time sheets and evaluations on time for accountability and credit.
• Participating in all required Forge events, including the end of year Gala.
• Understanding that I will be held to a higher standard as a student leader on campus.
• Responding humbly to feedback, correction, and discipleship from supervisors and
Catalyst staff.
