we're looking for a full-time founder's office: brand, community & business development manager.
strategy. how many events should we run? do we open a new city, reach an older age group, double down on corporate retreats, or build out our meditation app? there are endless directions. you'll help us decide what comes first.
creative. ideate novel experiences and bring them to life. design the feel of each event: the theme, the flow, the little details people remember. shape how breakfree looks and sounds, from campaigns and content to the way we tell our story.
operations. find venues, work with vendors, and run events smoothly on the day.
hosting. host our events, for both our community and our corporate clients.
business development. manage our offsites and retreats, follow up, and help us deliver them.
systems. help us automate as we grow, through website features, workflows, and data.

finance or accounting? we need that too.
not looking for full-time? we also work with freelancers: yoga and meditation teachers, venue owners, designers, editors, and event hosts. if you'd like to start part-time and grow into full-time, we're open to that.
