Open to everyone experiencing conflict or curious about handling it with care and compassion. No prior experience needed. The workshop is intersectional and intergenerational.
Hosted by Hamida Giyasbayli, a human rights defender, facilitator, and mediator with 15+ years supporting communities in conflict-affected regions. They guide participants to stay grounded, communicate with empathy, and navigate tension in high-stakes environments. Through practical tools and shared practices, Hamida helps people create small, resilient channels of support that strengthen connection and agency.
