This application is for people seeking direct entry into EPS Performance Installation™. If EPS has already recommended Installation through an EPS Performance Strategy Review™, existing information may be transferred forward and you may not need to complete this application.

EPS Performance Installation™ is a structured 12-week implementation designed to install the standards, systems and protocols behind more consistent performance. Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance or create a client engagement. EPS will first determine whether Installation is the appropriate next step and whether sufficient current information exists to begin responsibly.

EPS Performance Installation™ is a performance implementation service. It is not medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychological treatment or a substitute for regulated professional care.

PATHWAY FIT

A direct application does not bypass diagnosis or strategy where those steps are needed. EPS will determine the most proportionate next step from the information available.
