About the workshop
A gentle 60 minute workshop to ground in our senses using sound and tea made with seasonal foraged herbs local to Scotland. There will be floor and chair seating available.
About the facilitator
Tariqua Rooted is a creative practitioner, mother, community weaver, and lifelong
student of both ancestral and contemporary ways of knowing. Born in Ethiopia and shaped by a rich tapestry of cultures, teachings, and lived experiences, her work sits at the meeting place of creativity, care, healing, birth, community, and relationship with the living world.

Age Restrictions:
Children aged 0-5 require strict, continuous, 1-on-1 supervision by a parent/carer due to the presence of hot tea.
Children aged 5 - 15 require accompaniment by a parent/carer/guardian.
Youth aged 16+ are welcome to attend without parental supervision.
