Decision Maturity Tool

The Hyphen Lab designed this questionnaire to understand how you approach important business decisions in practice.

There are no right or wrong answers, and you do not need to prepare anything in advance.

Please answer based on one real decision you are currently making or have made recently.

I’m interested in how you naturally think about the decision — what you considered, what gave you confidence, what you were uncertain about, and how you weighed the alternatives.

The questionnaire should take around 10 minutes to complete.

What's in it for you: You will receive a detailed assessment of your decision-making maturity, including your strengths, blind spots, and areas for improvement. If we receive enough responses to create a meaningful comparison group, you will also receive a benchmark report showing how your decision-making process compares with other businesses.
