ET is the fans' time zone, so we schedule everything in ET. Example: 9am–2pm ET, or 7pm–midnight ET. The 4am–9am ET window is dead — no need to offer it.

We work 6 days a week — you pick your day off. Saturday and Sunday are paid with a bonus. Does that work?
