Rental Policies

I understand that The Hangar remains open during its normal business hours and during rental event hours. Flying E operates The Hangar at no additional rental cost, and the renter does not receive any Hangar sales or revenue.

I understand that no outside alcohol is permitted on the property.

I understand that outside vendors are permitted and Flying E does not charge an additional facility rental fee simply for having vendors at the event.

I understand that stalls are available only on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

I have read and understand the deposit, remaining balance, and cancellation policy.

I understand that submitting this form is an inquiry only and does not reserve my requested date. Flying E will respond within 5 business days. If approved, I will receive instructions to complete the reservation and pay the required deposit.
