Keep financial records accurate and support dependable accounting routines. Bookkeeping, general accounting, accounts payable and accounts receivable are separate experience tracks.

• Record and check financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Reconcile balances and investigate discrepancies with supporting documentation.
• Support bookkeeping, accounting, payable or receivable workflows in your selected track.
• Maintain organized records and prepare clear updates for the finance team.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Clear written and spoken English and careful attention to detail.
• Practical experience with accounting software, reconciliation workflows and spreadsheets.
• Examples of work you have personally handled in your selected specialty.
• Availability for US business hours and an independent contractor engagement.
Experience supporting US-based clients or teams and familiarity with the industry you would support. These are preferences, not requirements for every opportunity.
