Tell me where you want to go and what you have to work with. I read every request myself, run the search by hand, and come back to you within 48-72 hours with real, bookable options or an honest "not right now."
Important: this form is the whole thing. There is no sales call and no surprise pitch, just me. You fill this out, you place the $75 deposit at the end, and I get to work. That's the entire process.
What it costs: I price by how hard the trip is to find and book. You see the full menu before you ever place a deposit. The $75 deposit is credited toward whichever tier fits your request when I deliver viable, bookable options.
Search tiers: Simple $300 (economy, 1-2 people, one destination). Premium $500 (business or first, 1-2 people). Complex $750 (families of 4+, multi-city, or hard routing). Hotel-only $200 (points-based hotel search, no flights).
Optional add-ons: Full booking +$200 (I book it for you). 24-hour rush +$100 (I move your search to the front of the line). Multi-city or open-jaw +$150. I confirm the exact tier and any add-ons in writing before the remaining balance is ever charged. Both the deposit and the tier fee are handled through Whop.
First and last is fine. I address you by name in everything I send back.

Optional. I only use this if an award seat is moving fast and I need a quick yes before it's gone. I won't call to sell you anything.
List every airport you'd fly out of, separated by commas (for example: JFK, EWR, LGA). The more I have to work with, the better the options I can find.
Where you want to end up, plus any nearby airports you'd accept (for example: Tokyo, HND or NRT). If you're open on the exact city, say so.
When do you want to travel?

Award space rewards flexibility. If you can move even a day or two, tell me. It often makes the difference between economy and a lie-flat seat.
Pick the cabin you're hoping for. Best value means I'll weigh the points cost against the experience and tell you where your miles stretch furthest.
Count everyone on the same itinerary, including children and infants.

List each balance you can use, one per line, with the program name (for example: Chase Ultimate Rewards 140k, Amex Membership Rewards 95k, United 60k, Hyatt 30k). Include transferable bank points, airline miles, and hotel points. If it's easier, paste the numbers however you have them and I'll sort it out. The more complete this is, the better I can route you.
Cash budget for taxes, fees, and surcharges (USD)

Award tickets aren't always free. Taxes, fees, and carrier surcharges can run from a few dollars to several hundred per person. Tell me the most you're comfortable paying in cash, per person, on top of the points. If you're not sure, give me a ceiling.
List any airline or hotel status you hold (for example: United Gold, Hyatt Globalist). Status can unlock better seats, waived fees, and upgrades, so it's worth a line even if you're not sure it matters.
Your preferences and non-negotiables

This is where you tell me what good looks like for you. Examples: non-stop only, lie-flat required, avoid a particular airline or alliance, lounge access matters, no red-eyes, specific routing, a special occasion I should know about, dietary or mobility needs. If something is a hard no, say so plainly. I'd rather come back with fewer options that all fit than a long list you'd never book.

Hotels are optional. If you say yes, I'll fold a points-based hotel search into the same request. If you're only here for the flights, choose No and skip ahead. (A hotel-only search, with no flights, is its own $200 tier. See What it costs above.)

Standard is included. The rush add-on is the only thing that buys you speed, and it's the same honest search, just sooner. Pick standard unless you genuinely need the answer inside a day.
