It is used to send you the offer you request and, if you ticked the second box, our offers for your future stays. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time via the link in each of our emails or by writing to contact@pelangipartners.com. Retention: until your departure date for the offer for this stay; three years from your last contact for future offers. If you place an order, your data is then processed under our terms of sale. Your answers are hosted on our behalf by Tally, a company established in Belgium, and stored in Europe. They are neither sold nor disclosed to Le Mas de l'Olivière. New-response notifications, sent to Pelangi Partners by email, pass through SendGrid, a Tally provider established in the United States; this transfer is covered by the safeguards in Tally's data processing agreement (European Commission standard contractual clauses). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object and to data portability, and you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority).
