Live Steady Coaching Application

Navae Lukas | Strength & Capacity
You shouldn’t have to sacrifice your health or sanity in order to live your calling well.
My work takes a whole-person approach to helping you build the power, vitality, and resilience your best life requires. You shouldn’t have to sacrifice your health or sanity to live your calling well.
Women whose bodies and lives are not responding predictably to conventional advice or a “just try harder” approach need a more personalized strategy. This form helps me understand what you’re navigating, what you hope to change, the support you’re looking for, and which coaching pathway may fit. Please answer honestly; concise answers are welcome. Share only what you feel comfortable sharing.

2. What are you currently navigating? (For example: inconsistent energy, pain or flare-ups, difficulty recovering from exercise, stress or overwhelm, sleep or focus challenges, or feeling unsure what your body needs. Share only what feels relevant.)

3. What have you already tried? (What approaches, programs, practitioners, or strategies have you tried? What helped, didn’t help, or felt unsustainable?)

4. What do you feel is getting in the way of the changes you want? (This could include time, energy, symptoms, competing responsibilities, uncertainty, consistency, resources, or something else.)

C. Your Vision & Desired Outcomes

F. Subsidized Coaching Pathway (Optional)

A limited number of subsidized places are intended for single mothers who carry significant responsibility for their household, are navigating financial hardship and challenges with their physical or mental well-being, and want support in building a stronger future for themselves and their children. The aim is to reduce a financial barrier—not to judge your worth, ambition, or potential. You do not need to provide a complete financial history.

13. Do you currently identify as a single mother who carries primary responsibility for your household and children?

14. What financial barriers currently limit your access to coaching or other supportive resources? (Please share only what you’re comfortable disclosing.)

15. What are you currently navigating in your physical or mental well-being, and how does it affect your day-to-day capacity? (Share only what feels relevant.)

16. What would becoming stronger make possible for you and your children? (Consider your health, stability, leadership, work or business, goals, and the present or future you want to create for your family.)

17. What kind of support would make the greatest difference right now?

18. What time, energy, and participation could you realistically commit to coaching alongside your current responsibilities?

19. Is there anything else you’d like me to understand about your circumstances or the support you’re seeking? (Optional.)

G. Practical Fit & Final Notes

20. Is there anything that would help me make coaching more accessible or workable for you? (Optional: scheduling, communication preferences, accessibility needs, or other practical considerations.)

21. Is there anything else you’d like me to know before I review your application?

What Happens Next
I review applications intentionally; to understand coaching fit, goals, desired support, readiness, and—where relevant—eligibility and availability for a subsidized place. If there appears to be a good fit, I’ll reach out with next steps and an invitation to book a complimentary consultation. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or a subsidized place; availability is limited.

Coaching is educational and supportive in nature. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace medical or mental health care. If your needs fall outside my scope of practice, I may recommend that you seek support from an appropriately qualified professional.
