RARELY FOUND ARCHIVE

PRIVATE CLIENT REQUESTS

PRIVACY NOTICE.

This notice explains how your personal data is handled when you send a request through the Rarely Found Archive client request form.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE

Rarely Found Archive, Alina Sara Neff
Lenggisrain 77, 8645 Jona, Switzerland
alinasara@rarelyfarchive.com

WHAT I COLLECT

Your name and email address and, if you choose to give them, your phone number and country of residence; your style preferences, sizing and budget; descriptions and links of pieces you are looking for; and the images you upload.

WHY

Only to review your request, reply to you and, if we work together, to prepare your styling or sourcing. I do not use your details for marketing and I do not sell them.

LEGAL BASIS (FOR CLIENTS IN THE EU)

Steps taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

WHO PROCESSES IT

The form runs on Tally (Tally BV, Belgium), which stores submissions and uploads on my behalf. Tally stores form data in Europe, encrypted in transit and at rest. My business email runs on Google Workspace (Google), which receives the notification email. Both providers may use service providers outside Switzerland and the EU, including in the United States. Such transfers are protected by recognised safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

HOW LONG

I delete requests that do not lead to a collaboration after 12 months. Client records are kept as long as needed for the work and for any legal retention duties.

YOUR IMAGES

Please upload only images you are allowed to share, and avoid photos showing other people.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or its deletion at any time by writing to alinasara@rarelyfarchive.com. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, your local data protection authority.
