About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Backend) to join us as our first employee and become a key part of our founding team. This isn’t a role where you simply pick up tickets and ship features. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our backend architecture, make critical engineering decisions, and build systems that will support our next phase of growth.

What you'll work on

* Design and build scalable, high-performance APIs.

* Architect efficient multi-tenant database solutions.

* Build reliable backend systems that support complex enterprise workflows.

* Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability as the product grows.

* Take ownership of technical decisions, engineering quality, and backend architecture.

What we're looking for

* 5–8 years of experience in software engineering, with strong backend development expertise.

* Proven experience designing and building scalable APIs and backend systems.

* Strong understanding of database design, query optimization, and multi-tenancy.

* An engineering mindset focused on performance, reliability, and maintainability.

* The ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and take ownership in an early-stage startup.

* Experience in aws environment, event driven architecture is a plus. * Prior experience in b2b saas applications is a plus.

Annual Salary: ₹10–12 LPA

Equity: Meaningful stock options as part of a four-year vesting plan
