This isn't just a job. It's a crucial seat at the table. You'll join as Entrepreneur in Residence with a clear path to full ownership. You'll work directly alongside: • Karol (CPO) – Brand, product & business development • Martin (CTO) – Platform & tech • Simon & Andy – Founding investors & board members • Kama – Content, Growth & Partnerships Together, we're building the brand and movement that will define how millions of people approach health and longevity.

As a co-founder, you're not executing someone else's vision – you're shaping ours together: • Brand & Growth Strategy – Define how we show up, grow, and win in longevity • Community & Content – Build and scale our tribe of "Zapiens" who trust us above everyone else • Partnerships & Revenue – Lock in the right brand deals and revenue streams • Company Direction – Real say in strategy, not just execution You'll be the face of the brand alongside Karol. Your decisions will define our trajectory.

You're a builder, not a hired gun. • Entrepreneurial fire – You've been waiting to build something real. This is your moment.

• Content & distribution obsessed – SEO, GEO, algorithms. You know how to get seen.
• AI-native – You don't just read about AI tools. You use them daily and push their limits.

We're pre-seed, bootstrapped, and building something real.
Compensation: • €3,000–€5,000/month base salary (scales post-fundraise) • 2.5–7.5% equity (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff) • Additional equity milestones available • Option pool participation post-Series A
