EA 2026 | Rising Female Award - Application

As part of the Entrepreneurship Awards 2026, Unicorn Factory Lisboa presents the 2nd edition of the Rising Female Award.

This award celebrates an emerging female leader who, over the past year (Oct 2025 - Aug 2026), has been on the rise in Portugal’s innovation ecosystem, demonstrating the ability to create value, connect people, foster opportunities, and drive growth.

📌 Who can apply?

A woman - founder, investor, executive, mentor, or changemaker - of any nationality, who:

• Is emerging as a leader in the Portuguese innovation ecosystem

• Has recently stood out through impactful initiatives, projects, or leadership

• Demonstrates strong focus, commitment, and potential for long-term impact

• Inspires others and actively contributes to the ecosystem’s growth

📌 Process & next steps

- Applications are open until September 23, 2026

- Applications will be reviewed for eligibility

- Eligible and shortlisted candidates will be reviewed by a selected jury

- The winner will be announced publicly on October 2026 at the Entrepreneurship Awards Ceremony
