Join the Hive Team

Let’s Skip the Generic Corporate Application Energy, Shall We?

We’re not looking for “perfect.”

We’re looking for thoughtful humans who care deeply about people, believe mental health care should feel human, and want to help build something meaningful alongside other collaborative humans.

Hive is a relationship-centered, neurodiversity-affirming group practice rooted in authenticity, connection, collaboration, and sustainable care.

We care a lot about good clinical work. We also care a lot about how people show up behind the scenes.

Because truthfully? A practice culture can have all the right buzzwords in the world and still feel exhausting, cliquey, performative, disconnected, or impossible to function within.

That’s not what we’re building here.

We’re intentionally building a team of people who:

-communicate like adults
-support one another
-take initiative
-are collaborative
-care about growth and accountability

Before You Apply

A few things that matter a lot to us at Hive:

Initiative Matters Here

You do not need to know everything.

You DO need to be willing to:

-ask thoughtful questions
-problem-solve
-learn
-communicate
-and take ownership of your work

We love people who can think critically, adapt, and say: “Hey, I noticed this pattern/problem and I have an idea.”

We’re Human First

We care deeply about authenticity.

You do not need to perform perfection here.

But we do value:

-emotional maturity
-accountability
-self-awareness
-openness to feedback
-collaborative communication
-and people who can navigate challenges without immediately combusting into chaosWe
Care Deeply About Culture

A good culture is not free snacks and inspirational wall signs.

It’s people who:

-communicate well
-support each other
-show up consistently
-care about their work
-repair when needed
-and actively contribute to creating an environment that feels safe, connected, and sustainable

That matters enormously to us.
