Identity & Demographic Data: Full name, date of birth, gender, and your community goals and interests.

Contact Information: Verified email address and phone number.

Professional & Social Data: Occupation and industry (used for dinner introductions).

Financial Data: Transaction history related to your single dinner purchases or monthly memberships.

Technical & Usage Data: IP address, device type, operating system, and app interaction statistics.

2. How Your Data is Collected

Direct Interaction: You provide information by filling out our waitlist, creating a profile, or communicating with our support team.

Automated Technologies: We use cookies and mobile identifiers to improve app performance and understand how you interact with our platform.

3. Purpose and Retention of Data

We process your data based on the necessity of fulfilling our service contract and our legitimate interest in building a safe community. For the provision of services, such as user matching and dinner reservations, your data is kept for the duration of your active account. If an account remains inactive for a period of two years, your personal data will be deleted, provided there is no response to a reactivation notice.

To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, certain information is held for longer periods. Financial records, including invoices, are archived for ten years. Additionally, some data may be archived for up to five years for evidentiary or proof purposes. For marketing and commercial communications, data is generally retained for the duration of our business relationship and for three years following the last contact or end of that relationship. Technical logs used for security or performance monitoring are typically kept for two years.

4. Data Sharing and Processors

We do not sell your personal data. To provide our services, we share necessary information with trusted partners:

Communications: Twilio and email service providers for dinner notifications and launch updates.

Access & Correction: Request a copy of your data or update inaccurate information.

Deletion: Request that we erase your personal data.

Withdrawal of Consent: Opt-out of marketing communications at any time.

Child Safety Standards

afterSundays has a zero-tolerance policy regarding the exploitation of minors.

Age Restriction: Our service is strictly for users aged 18 and older.

Prohibited Content: Any sharing of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or behavior that endangers minors will result in an immediate permanent ban and a report to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement.

Reporting: Users can report suspicious activity directly through the app or by emailing our safety team.
