£50 an hour, paid at the end of each cohort. Cohorts run five times a year. Fully remote.
Who it's for: a consultant in a substantive NHS post, or appointed and waiting to start, in any specialty. Also senior nurses in leadership roles - nurse consultants, matrons, advanced practitioners. You don't need coaching qualifications, and you don't need to have been through the Academy.
